What our people love about working here
Feeling safe and supported: We’ve built a highly supportive, close-knit community that values and respects each other. Find approachable, empathetic leaders intent on listening to your ideas; and processes, policies and resources that allow you to do your job well. You’ll have the support you need to provide exceptional care, without feeling overwhelmed. Here we have each other’s back – no matter what.
One team, united in our purpose: We support older people to have great lives. We put older people first in everything we do. On an everyday level, we help them age with dignity, independence, happiness, and connectedness. On a big picture level, we’re challenging ageist thinking in Australia. This is the Warrigal Way.
Who we are | A community who cares
Warrigal has firmly established itself in the aged care community for over 60 years. We’re proud of the diverse range of retirement living and aged care services we’ve built up in that time, but we still have the same appetite to grow and innovate. Meaning, you’ll have the chance to move around, get promoted or explore different areas across our expanding business in Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Queanbeyan, and Canberra – if that’s what you want.
You are the difference | Create a meaningful legacy
At Warrigal, you’re not just doing care work. You’re shaping a society that respects and celebrates ageing, connects families, and frees up their time to create treasured, lasting memories. You’re creating a culture of kindness, compassion and understanding that can be passed down to future generations. Let this be your legacy.
