Are you an energetic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist looking for a role which offers you variety and opportunities to develop? We are seeking a pro-active, passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator to build on our existing digital marketing strategies.

Reporting directly to the Group Marketing & Merchandising Manager, this role provides digital marketing support in all areas for the entire Cater Care Group, expanding upon our already impressive footprint.

The role will be responsible for:

• Coordinating Cater Care’s digital marketing campaigns to maximise lead generation, client retention and engagement
• Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns
• Developing campaign content and assets for use across all Digital channels
• Managing a consistent brand experience across all platforms
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and external partners, optimising campaign performance and effectiveness.

You will have the following:

• Highly organised digital marketing professional with experience in campaign coordination ideally across B2B and B2C environments
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms to test and deploy campaigns to drive conversion, acquisition, and retention
• Experience using WordPress or comparable CMS, Google Analytics and social media platforms (Pardot would be well regarded)
• You can work autonomously, however you’re a team player who enjoys providing support to your team and the wider business
• Marketing qualification is desirable (or equivalent work experience)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Importantly, you’ll have a strong team and customer orientation with a positive attitude and the willingness to take on new challenges.
