We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to develop and manage lead generation, content, and digital strategy for our masonry business based in Summerholm, QLD 4341.

About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of practical marketing strategies that support our long-term business growth. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape the company's messaging, support lead generation, and introduce structured marketing systems in a small, collaborative team.
As this is a foundational role, you’ll have the opportunity to establish essential marketing systems from the ground up — including our first digital presence.
This role offers a rare chance to work directly with our company directors in a small, family-run team. You’ll have both autonomy and direct influence.
Your work will directly support our business expansion and help generate quality leads for our services.
What you’ll be doing
Create and execute end-to-end marketing plans to support business growth
Set up and maintain CRM and email workflows to nurture leads and streamline communication
Plan and manage Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram advertising
Optimise campaigns using A/B testing across ads and email
Create marketing content (digital and print) for lead generation and brand consistency
Support and manage marketing content, signage, and branded documentation for internal use (e.g. site signage, uniforms, business documents), whenever they are needed
Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics
Support business development through targeted local area marketing and lead capture initiatives
What you’ll bring
3–5 years' experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital and foundational marketing principles
Hold a current White Card, or willingness to obtain
Hold a current valid driver’s licence (for occasional site and supplier visits)
Confident working independently
Strong initiative and the ability to build marketing systems from the ground up
Comfort with hands-on content creation (e.g. social media, basic visuals, copywriting)
Hands-on experience with ad platforms, email systems, and CRM tools
Excellent writing and communication skills
Organised, self-driven, and comfortable working in a small business
Nice to have
Familiarity with trades, construction, or other B2B service industries
Experience building digital presence for businesses without an existing platform
Strong lead generation mindset and local marketing experience
