ROLE
The Digital Account Manager plays a key role in building strong client relationships, ensuring top-tier service, executing campaign strategies, performance and supporting client retention and growth.

You'll be the go-to person for your portfolio of digital clients, participating in client strategy, coordinating campaign activities and making sure everything runs smoothly and delivers results.

In this role, you’ll be part of a passionate and innovative team, working closely with the senior members of the team and with clients to deliver tailored digital solutions that fuel growth and success.

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, managing campaign performance and ensuring client satisfaction across every touchpoint.

YOU

• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in a digital agency environment
• Outstanding communication skills – confident, friendly and easy to connect with
• A high level of care – you're client-focused and genuinely invested in their success
• A consultative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead conversations and influence outcomes
• You’re a positive, motivated team player with a can-do attitude and dynamic energy
• Comfortable navigating client challenges and resolving issues with professionalism
• Confident using digital tools, CRMs and reporting platforms
