Our vacancy
As the Senior Human Resource Consultant, you will lead a dedicated team of HR Consultants, driving delivery of high-quality HR operations and administrative support across the State Library. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, streamlining processes, and partnering with Directorates to align HR practices with strategic objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

There is currently one full-time, fixed term vacancy for immediate filling, for a period of 12 months.
Location
This position is ideally located at the State Library of Western Australia in the Perth Cultural Centre, close to major public transport hubs and the bustling café, cultural and shopping districts.
