About you

We are seeking a skilled human resource professional, passionate in making a difference to employee experience and in improving organisational outcomes, through the delivery of workforce development programs.

About the role

This newly created position is responsible for providing a consultancy and advisory service to the Commission’s workforce on strategic and operational issues, including coordination of agency wide initiatives and implementation of learning and professional development programs. A key part of this work is through implementation of the Commission’s Workforce and Diversity Plan. The position contributes to the development, implementation and evaluation of workforce management programs, policies and initiatives, working within the broader People and Culture team, consisting of Human Resources, Organisational Development and Work Health and Safety.
