Combined Steel Solutions are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boilermaker Factory Foreman to lead and supervise a team of fabricators and welders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, strong organisation skills, excellent people management skills and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

Valid driver's license, own transport and forklift license

Supervise daily operations in the fabrication workshop

Lead, train and motivate a team of boilermakers, welders and apprentices

Interpret technical drawings and allocate tasks accordingly

Ensure production targets, safety standards and quality requirements are met

Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate with relevant teams

Enforce workplace health and safety compliance

Conduct performance assessments and assist in staff development

Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specs

Allocate tasks, monitor progress and maintain production schedules

Assist in fabrication and welding when required

Report to management and maintain accurate job records

The successful candidate will need a strong knowledge of welding, structural and architectural steel fabrications and workshop operations. Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
