About The Role

Our client is looking to hire an Electrical Site Supervisor, to help manage commercial projects across Sydney. As the Site Supervisor you will lead a team of 4-8 electricians on various commercial projects throughout Sydney.

About You

• Experienced electrician with a minimum of 3 years on top of completion of electrical apprenticeship
• Team leader/ Supervisor experience
• Commercial experience
• Excellent attitude to safety
• Enjoys problem-solving
• Full drivers license
• Happy to be on the tools 30%-40% of the time

What You’ll be Doing

• Lead a team of 4-8 electricians
• Report project status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality when required.
• Supervise small to medium commercial projects between $2M-$4M
• Oversee apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work
