Nu Style Shutters specialises in Home IMPROVEMENT products such as Roller Shutters, Outdoor Blinds, Security Door, Window Screens and Louvre Shutters.
We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Scheduling Coordinator with a bubbly character to join our current fast-growing business with the willingness to learn HOW WE ROLL!!
About the role
• Attention to detail and sound judgment are key requirements for this role, enabling effective handling of customer enquiries, scheduling, and ensuring a seamless in-home consultation process.
• Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Handle incoming phone calls and internet enquiries, converting them into qualified appointments for our Sales Consultants by following the Nu Style Shutters communication process
• Schedule sales appointments to time slots and assign them directly to the Consultants.
• Maintain internet lead database by verifying and updating information (E.g., contact log).
• Provide information on products by answering questions from customers (training will be provided on product knowledge).
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Attend to training sessions to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities as and when required.
• Maintain office equipment operational by following established procedures and to report any malfunctions.
• Provide administrative support as and when required.
• Assist in general maintenance and cleanliness of upstairs kitchen areas.
Successful applicants must have:
Previous experience in a customer support role (desirable).
A positive and friendly can-do attitude.
Professional communication skills both verbal and written – must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Be able to work in a team while also being able to work autonomously
Ability to multitask, time-manage and prioritise work
Pay attention to detail
Intermediate computer skills
