We are seeking an experienced and Customer Service Officer join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering premium wholesale uniform / garment solutions to our clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional assistance and support. Your responsibilities will primarily involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, etc.).

Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, services, and policies to customers.

Document and track customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our database system.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, technical support, and logistics, to address customer concerns and meet their needs effectively.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services based on customer needs and preferences.

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Handle and process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Assist in managing customer accounts, including updating contact information and resolving billing or payment issues.

Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our database systems.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email in a courteous & professional manner.

Resolve customer complaints & issues efficiently.

Maintain customer records and update databases as needed.

Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

Strive to exceed customer expectations, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.

Any additional tasks as required.

Selection Criteria

About you:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

2 - 3 years' experience in data entry and customer service.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle customers.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable and dependable with strong work ethics.

Time management.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Ability to work full time Monday to Friday from 08.30 am- 05.00 pm.

Experience in work wear/apparel industry will be an added advantage.
