As we embrace the future of AI-Augmented Software Engineering, we’re expanding our team and seeking a passionate Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships across Eastern Australia.

The Opportunity
This is an exciting role for a commercially driven sales professional with experience in selling IT services (ideally software testing and quality engineering). You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and working with our skilled global teams to translate technical solutions into business value.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our presence on the East Coast (NSW/Vic/Qld)

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Meet sales targets through strategic planning and personal performance

Collaborate with internal teams to align on solutions and messaging

Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to executive leadership

Manage sales budgets and resources effectively

Continuously grow industry knowledge and sales capability

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a senior business development or sales role

Strong knowledge of software testing and quality engineering services

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at all organizational levels

Comfortable working independently and driving results

Additional Information

Travel across Eastern Australia may be required
