What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead client-facing sketch and planning design phases.
• Collaborate with our offshore team to develop council-ready documentation.
• Work across a diverse project portfolio – from luxury two-storey homes and coastal builds to boutique renovations and small commercial projects.
• Engage in energy-efficient and sustainable design practices, including Passive House (Passivhaus) principles – full training provided.
• Contribute to a team delivering over 160 architectural drawings per year, with exposure to 600+ unit and energy-efficient projects.

The Breakdown:

• 70% Design | 30% Drafting (all sketch applications handled in-house)
• Strong client and planning authority liaison
• Residential builds at 8–9+ star NatHERS rating
• Training towards 9–10 star and Passivhaus standards provided
