Senior Graphic Designer (Part-Time, Remote, Flexible Hours)

Who We Are
Edsemble is reinventing early-years learning with personalised, stage-based book subscriptions for 0–5s. We write, design and print our own children’s books—and you’ll help bring them to life.

The Role
You’ll split your time between:

Book Design: Layout, formatting, cover design, plus creative input on illustrations (and optionally story tweaks) for our 0–5 titles.

Parent & Book Guides: Designing print-ready guides—layouts, icons, typography—for our subscription packs.

Flexible hours—you choose your days (including evenings/weekends) so long as you’re available for two one-hour video calls each week.

Scalable pay: 3 days/week earns $48–66k pa (FTE $80–110 k); 4 days/week earns $64–88 k pa (FTE $80–110 k).

What You Bring

5+ years of graphic-design experience or a standout portfolio.

Expertise in Adobe InDesign & Photoshop (print-layout experience essential).

Bonus: familiarity with AI tools (MidJourney, Sora) and hand-drawing skills.

Ideally parenting children aged 0-5.

An interest in children's book.
