We’re searching for a Marketing Assistant who knows that great marketing is about crafting multi-layered, strategically timed campaigns that tell compelling stories, shift perception and spark emotional connection.

About the Role

This role is built for someone with ambition who wants to deepen their knowledge of marketing campaigns, brand identity and design thinking. You’ll need to thrive in a high-performance setting, bring confidence to collaboration, and have a sharp appreciation for structure and strategy needed for creative work.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working as a direct assistant to the Head of Marketing. You’ll play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns – ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and everything runs to a high standard.

From preparing homes for shoot day and managing marketing collateral, to drafting copy, briefing clients and supporting our social media strategy – you’ll be involved across the full spectrum of marketing activity. Your job is to help keep the engine running smoothly, while learning the strategy behind every campaign.

You’ll need to bring:

Experience with Adobe InDesign is essential

Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite or similar design platforms is highly regarded

Familiarity with Wordpress is beneficial

Strong sense of language and tone, with the ability to write clear, compelling copy for listings, social media and marketing collateral

Solid understanding of digital and social media platforms, including basic performance metrics

Good instincts for layout, visual rhythm and high-end design

Confidence in preparing properties for photo and video shoots, including sourcing props, creating styling plans, and working with agents to present homes at their absolute best

A collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal communication skills

The ability to juggle tasks with structure, pace and precision

An eye for detail and presentation, with a natural instinct for visual storytelling and how to elevate a property through creative framing

An ability to take direction, but also take initiative – anticipating needs before they arise
