The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Manager with all clubhouse promotional and marketing activity and ensure that high standards of customer service and satisfaction are being met. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager in driving business operations and making a positive contribution to their success. To be successful in this position you will be enthusiastic and passionate about marketing with previous experience in design, administrative support, marketing or experience in a similar field. Within this role, you will be provided with the opportunity and autonomy to design and deliver various projects whilst adding your own personal flair.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the development and distribution of marketing content

• Help manage and schedule content across digital platforms (website, email and social media)

• Track and report on digital marketing performance: social media engagement and insights.

• Assist with the concepts and creation of promotional material.

• Support marketing campaigns and member communication

• Assist with the planning and management of events across the business

• Report on functions/events and clubhouse activity

• Cinema management and promotion

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a marketing or administrative support role

• Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms i.e. Instagram, Facebook

• Strong organisation and communication skills

• A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and in a team across various hours and shifts.

• Experience in graphic design or with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (highly regarded)

• A keen desire to learn new skills within the business and work alongside the Marketing Manager to deploy marketing material.
