Reporting into the Brand Manager, the Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the wider marketing team and ensuring our campaigns, content, events, and insights are delivered seamlessly and on brand. If you're organised, proactive, and ready to grow your marketing career and have experience within a number of consumer goods categories, this is your launchpad!

Role requirements

Support the execution of marketing campaigns across all media.

Help oversee consistent brand messaging across all brand accounts.

Assist in developing marketing collateral, presentations, and internal communications.

Support in creating engaging and visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and social tiles across Meta, YouTube & TikTok where required.

Gather and report on market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance.

Help plan and co-ordinate promotional activities.

Collaborate with the broader Marketing team on key projects and campaign timelines.

Support sales with materials updates and help keep branding consistent across all touchpoints.

Collaborate with the product and sales team to plan and execute product launches and campaigns

Support in the design of marketing collateral including product brochures, flyers, banners, newsletters and digital advertisements

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing (preferred) or 1-2 years’ work experience within a marketing, administrative, or internship role

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is desired but not essential.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Positive "can do" attitude

Excellent social, written/copywriting, and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Outstanding organisational skills, strong attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Ability to work as part of an integrated team and maintain focus in an exceptionally creative and fast-paced office environment.

Product Photography, image editing and basic video editing skills would be beneficial.
