We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our busy cardiology clinic as a Receptionist/Administration Officer.
Responsibilities Include:
· Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone.
· Booking appointments.
· Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
· Scanning, filing and handling referrals and uploading of letters
· Support clinical staff with administrative tasks.
· Using medical software –training will be provided.
We are looking for someone who possesses the following attributes:
· Friendly, professional and approachable.
· Eager to learn and grow in a clinical admin role.
· Meticulous and organised with a strong eye for detail.
· Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic.
· A great team player with a positive attitude.
Experience in medical practice administration is a plus, but not essential – we will provide training to the right person.
