APG Workforce is currently seeking a passionate and driven Injury Management Coordinator to join a large, national poultry processing facility based in Wingfield.

About the Role:
In this position, you'll play a key role in coordinating the return-to-work and injury management process for onsite employees. You'll work alongside a collaborative WHS team, liaising with medical providers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to support injured workers on their path to recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate safe and timely return-to-work processes for injured employees
• Liaise with treating doctors, insurers, rehab providers, and unions
• Provide practical advice to managers on best practice and compliance
• Support employees with empathy and professionalism throughout their recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems
• Assist with developing recovery-at-work plans and tailored support pathways
• Contribute to site-wide WHS initiatives and injury prevention projects
• Work closely with the National Injury Management Coordinator on strategic claims support

What You'll Bring:

• RTW Coordinator certification or relevant training/experience
• Ideally, 1–3 years’ experience in return-to-work or injury management
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A compassionate and professional approach when supporting injured employees
• Confidence working independently and collaboratively
• A genuine interest in WHS, employee wellbeing, and continuous improvement
