They now have an opportunity for an experiencedAdministrator/scheduling coordinator to join this professional and friendly team based in their office's in Adelaide. A permanent and a 1 year contract is available.
This varied and fast paced role will see you engage with key clients and support the Installation and Project Managers in coordinating new customer requirements.
About the role
- Answering customer enquiries
- Liaising with customers to coordinate commencement of works
- Consolidating documents for invoicing, raising credits and re-invoicing
- Service calls to ensure the work is being carried out as scheduled
- Collation of time sheets
- Report generation
- Database management
- General office admin support as required
- Monday to Friday in the office in Flinders Street
- Starting time from 7 to 9 am
- $70-$75K + Super
What You Require To Succeed In This Role
- Exceptional administration skills
- Scheduling coordination experience is an advantage
- Positive attitude
- Strong MS Office/Excel skills
- Professional communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
