ABOUT THE COMPANY
The Sydney Private Hospital in Ashfield is part of a group of Private Hospitals, It is an 89 bed hospital specialising in both Surgical and Rehabilitation services.
We are actively recruiting for a motivated Liaison Officer who is committed to supporting the growth and community engagement of the hospital.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Liaison Officer will be responsible for establishing & maintaining good relations with current & potential referral sources. This will involve marketing and building relationships with Specialists, local GPs, referring hospitals and the broader community. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
DUTIES
Maintaining and growing the relationship with Specialists and GPs
Driving between various hospitals & referral bases
Daily contact with Ward Managers and Hospital Discharge Planners
Flexible Part Time hours
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Be well presented & have a bright, welcoming personality
Have excellent written, and verbal communication skills
Business development / Health Care & Marketing background would be beneficial
Demonstrate strong initiative and motivation
Possess strong time management & organisational skills
Have a current Drivers Licence
Good knowledge of the local area would be beneficial
Ability to formulate reports
