The Flower Hotels Group, a multi-site business on the Mid North Coast of NSW is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join the team.

The position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. This role ensures compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, and provides support in payroll-related inquiries, reporting, and auditing. The position is required for Mondays, Tuesdays and another day.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Payroll processing

Maintain payroll records.

Payroll related employee inquiries

Payroll reporting

Essential Criteria

Proven experience in a payroll or similar finance/HR role.

Strong knowledge of the MYOB payroll systems

Understanding of payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation/pension contributions, and entitlements.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
