Who We Are:

Australian Caravan Centre is a family owned and run business operating five caravan dealerships across the East Coast of Australia. While our name is relatively new, we have been in the caravan industry for over 38 years manufacturing Supreme and Leader Caravans.

We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and experienced Accounts Clerk to join our dynamic team at our Head Office in Craigieburn. You will be responsible for accounts payable and receivable as well as maintaining the financial wellbeing of our interstate dealerships.

As an integral part of our Team, you will have proven experience in a similar role, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in using accounting software, and enjoy working in a team environment!

Full Time Hours
Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm)
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour + Superannuation

What You Will Be Doing:

Accounts payable and accounts receivable

Daily bank reconciliations.

Client data maintenance.

Preparing weekly payments for review and approval.

Daily banking.

Processing supplier invoices.

Handle general account queries.

Supporting Payroll

Costing and verifying of staff commissions

Daily timecards

General Ad-hoc tasks.

Multi site Accounts

About You:

Must have prior experience of 1 – 2 years in a similar position with exposure to both accounts payable and receivable

Experience in accounting software such as: Eclipse, MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero

Sound knowledge of MS Office

Have the capability to pick up new systems quickly

Superior time management and organisational skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Have a flexible mindset and work efficiently to hit deadlines

Professional, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
