About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper & Accounts All-Rounder to take ownership of day-to-day financial processing across three business units. Based at our Sumner head office, you’ll work independently to ensure accuracy across all financial tasks — using MYOB and Simpro to support customer and supplier invoicing, payroll, BAS, and reconciliation functions.

This is a permanent part-time role (approx. 20–30 hours/week), with flexibility around school hours and the opportunity to grow into full-time.

Your Week Will Include:

Payroll processing and maintenance of employee records

Entering customer and supplier invoices and service provider bills into MYOB

Daily bank and monthly credit card reconciliations

Preparing and lodging BAS

Following up on outstanding customer accounts

Preparation of end-of-month (EOM) journals and entry in MYOB

Preparation of daily account payments and maintenance of due date calendar

Reconciliation of supplier accounts and preparation of EOM payments

What You’ll Need

3+ years' experience in bookkeeping and general office processes

Strong working knowledge of MYOB AccountRight

Confident with payroll, BAS, and ATO compliance

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently across multiple business streams

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

Trade, service, or workshop industry experience

Own reliable transport is required

Working from home is not an option
