Our client, a large timber manufacturer and distributor, are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic new member of our client's team for Accounts Payable/receivable and general Office Support duties on a part time basis.
This part-time role will be reporting to the Financial Controller and is based at our client's office in Brendale
Who are you?
- Intermediate to advanced data entry and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with receivable and payable
- Experience with reconciliation
- Adaptable to change
What will you do?
- Assisting the accounts team with receivable/payables
- Answering emails in a professional manner
- Checking of Inventory Receival paperwork
- Ability to assist with month end closing essential
- Communicate with suppliers via phone, email or personally
- Assist team members with enquiries related to Accounts payable
