About the Role:

As a Support Coordinator, you’ll play an essential role in helping participants make the most of their NDIS plans. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Implementing, monitoring, and managing NDIS plans for participants.

Connecting them with services and supports, both NDIS-funded and mainstream.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure that services align with participants’ needs.

Providing calm and effective assistance during times of crisis.

Monitoring budgets and ensuring funds are spent appropriately.

Preparing progress reports and implementation updates for the NDIA.

Maintaining clear and detailed records to ensure high-quality outcomes.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you’ll share our values and have:

Have a solid understanding of the disability sector and NDIS principles.

Communicate effectively with others and build positive relationships.

Take pride in your written work and attention to detail.

Have experience in Human Services, Disability, or Allied Health.

Manage your time well and can stay organised with conflicting priorities.

Show empathy and the ability to develop trusting connections.

Handle challenges with a curious, proactive mindset.

Are comfortable with technology, including Word, Excel, and online platforms for case management.

Hold relevant qualifications or are currently studying Psychology, Social Work, Disability Studies, or Human Services (desirable but not essential).
