Position: Customer Service Officer

We’re growing! Due to continued business growth and increasing service demands, Trinity Fire Services is expanding our team. We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer to join us in supporting our valued clients and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate and schedule servicing tasks.

Invoicing and Quotations: Manage the invoicing process and provide accurate quotations.

Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer queries via emails and phone calls.

Administrative Support: Handle data entry, records management, and the preparation and distribution of reports and correspondence.

Objective Quality Evidence: Prepare comprehensive job reports as part of our commitment to quality assurance.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and support internal efficiencies.

Work Health and Safety (WHS): Assist with WHS documentation and internal safety processes.

Social Media and Communications: Support occasional content creation and updates for company platforms.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Strong team spirit and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Experience in job management and invoicing.

Well-organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident working with digital platforms

Knowledge of local area (essential for job scheduling)

The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
