We’re looking for a vibrant Customer Service Officer with excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service—ideally with experience in the energy, utilities or heavy industries sectors.

Role Overview
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced operations team. This is a hands-on role where your ability to manage multiple tasks, interact professionally with customers, and maintain accurate data will have a meaningful impact.
You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers and stakeholders with scheduling, after-sales support, information requests, and issue resolution. You’ll also provide vital administrative support across departments and rebate programs, ensuring all documentation and data meet compliance standards and are handled with precision.

About You
You will thrive in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment and have experience in a customer-facing role—whether in a call centre, retail, or trade-based setting. You’re confident using systems and managing time effectively, and you take pride in clear, professional communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential, and the ability to learn new platforms quickly will set you up for success.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) at an intermediate level
• Comfortable with custom software (e.g. ASAP), or a fast learner when it comes to new systems
• Experience or knowledge in utilities, heavy industries, energy efficiency, sustainability, or trade-based industries is desirable
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
