About the role

Join Medpro Finance Corporation Pty Ltd in a Client Manager and Sales Support role in our Sydney office. This full-time position is a crucial link between our clients and the Medpro Finance Credit, Operations and Sales teams, providing exceptional service to customers and referrers and supporting the growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

Serve as the primary point of contact for referrers and clients, obtaining information for credit applications and providing timely and professional responses to queries

Analyse financials and perform searches to prepare credit applications

Guide Business Development Managers in transaction structuring, security and pricing

Generate, collate and check transaction documents (mostly automated)

Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless settlements and ongoing client and referrer support

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system

Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve our service offering

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a lending support role, preferably servicing clients the medical or professional industry

Advanced Credit Analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
