This full-time position offers the right candidate the chance to begin or continue a fulfilling career in the deeply rewarding real estate industry. You’ll be the welcoming face of our Narrabri office - managing front-of-house duties, supporting both our Sales and Property Management teams, and helping create a warm and efficient environment for our clients and team alike.

Your role will include:

Front desk reception and creating a warm, professional first impression

Supporting sales agents and property managers with administrative tasks

Liaising with clients, trades, and suppliers

Assisting with document preparation and digital filing systems

Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office

No real estate experience is required - we’ll provide full training. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and readiness to show up with heart and commitment.
