Client Support Manager | Corporate Banking

Mars Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial institution seeking a Client Support Manager to join their Corporate Banking department. This organisation is part of one of the largest financial groups in the world, providing corporate and investment banking services across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This is a key support role working alongside Relationship Managers and internal teams to manage client onboarding, regulatory compliance (KYC), and end-to-end administrative support across corporate lending and project finance transactions.

You will also work closely with legal teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure deals are executed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new client onboarding and periodic KYC reviews
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to progress transactions
• Manage the deposit book: updates, instructions, and database maintenance
• Support deal execution, from document preparation to condition precedent satisfaction
• Handle system entries, form approvals, waivers, and ESG/admin tasks
• Assist with internal reporting, client presentations, and ad hoc projects

Essential Criteria:

• 5+ years' experience in the corporate or institutional banking/financial services industry
• Solid understanding of KYC, client onboarding, and deal execution processes
• Understanding of facility documentation
• Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
