About the opportunity

As a Technical Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing first-level technical support to customers across Australia and New Zealand. You will manage incoming service queries, troubleshoot technical issues over the phone, coordinate remote technician schedules, and support the administration of CRM systems. This role supports the broader service delivery team and contributes directly to high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Duties

• Respond to and triage technical support calls
• Schedule and coordinate remote technicians
• Provide software support to clients and field staff
• Maintain accurate CRM and service records
• Assist in training coordination and reporting
• Escalate service requests as needed

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Science or similar
• Experience working within the medical device industry would be ideal
• Technical troubleshooting experience
• Strong technical acumen and a high attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficiency using SAP, or similar and Excel
