As a Senior Services and Housing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in offering personalised guidance and support to these seniors. You’ll help them navigate housing options and the My Aged Care, ensuring they receive the care, services, and resources they need to maintain their homes, age gracefully, or transition smoothly into residential care when necessary.
