The Firm & The Role

Our client is long established commercial law firm. Due to growth, a strong pipeline of work and overall strategy, they are looking to hire another real estate lawyer or their growing team.

Our client is a stalwart in their space and lead the way in the areas of property and body corporate law.

A flavour of the work, will include:

• off the plan developments
• land development, including subdivisions, covenants and easements
• general property advice e.g. advice on property planning, advice on property title structuring, advice on adverse possession, advice on compulsory acquisition
• providing advice on subdivision of properties, leases, licenses and easements
• drafting and interpreting strata by-laws
• providing advice on the compliance of by-laws
• providing advice on common property exclusive rights issues

You

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• 1-3 years experience in commercial and/or property law
• Pre-admission experience will be highly regarded
• Good drafting skills
• Team player
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• A positive and proactive attitude to your work
