The Role:

We are seeking a qualified licensed conveyancer or a Property Lawyer to join the thriving commercial property and real estate team.

Day to day duties will include:

• Running conveyancing files from start to finish;
• Competency in working with the PEXA settlement platform;
• Preparation of contracts, settlements and other property documents;
• Corresponding with clients, banks, solicitors, real estate agents and mortgage brokers on a daily basis

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a competent self starter who loves conveyancing, holds a current NSW license and can hit the ground running taking full ownership of settlements from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a passion for client facing and pride themselves on taking clients through a successful and seamless journey!
