Your New Role

Key duties include:

Providing customer support and care to clients

Reviewing Contracts of Sale and providing legal advice

Explaining anything your customers might be uncertain about

Conducting searches

Helping customers through every stage of the conveyancing process

Managing residential conveyancing files

Drafting letters and legal documents and contracts

Conducting legal research and preparing property settlements

Liaising with various stakeholders including: real estate agents and financial institutions.

About You

Minimum 2 years’ property law/conveyancing experience

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus and work ethic

Ability and experience to manage conveyancing files autonomously

Experience using conveyancing software and otherwise confident with new technology and applications

Professional presentation

Ability to multitask and manage several different tasks/jobs at once in an organised and coherent manner

Great attention to detail

Enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity.
