About the role:

• Seeking a skilled Associate or Senior Associate to become a key member of the real estate finance practice.
• Engage in diverse real estate finance transactions, encompassing secured and unsecured facilities, syndicated, club, and bilateral arrangements, both domestic and international.
• The practice covers substantial real estate debt deals, including large-scale syndicated financings, development funding, and non-bank lending structures (such as senior debt, mezzanine, unitranche, and more).
• Be part of a supportive national team, working on compelling legal matters across the real estate finance spectrum.

The ideal candidate:

• Experienced Associate or Senior Associate (3-8+ PQE) with proven banking and finance experience coming out of a reputable specialist, mid or top-tier practice.
• Real estate finance experience is highly regarded.
• Relevant legal qualification/admission with strong academic results;
• The ability and resilience to thrive in fast paced dynamic work environment.
