About the role
My client is seeking a full-time Administration Assistant to work in their busy Geraldton office. The position will provide support and will assist fellow workers with their daily operational work.
What you'll be doing
Front office Reception, answering calls and first point of contact for visitors
Provide administrative support to the wider team, including data entry and general office duties
Assist with mobilisation, Issuing of PPE to new employees
Assist with data entry within the Recruitment process
Supporting the team with project-based work and other ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive and flexible attitude
