An exciting opportunity has become available to join Crystele Homes, an award-winning residential construction company in South West Sydney.

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the creation & execution of marketing strategies, conducting market research, social media management across multiple platforms and supporting sales and marketing initiatives across our 2 brands. The role will be dynamic in nature and the ideal candidate is someone who has a keen interest in understanding all facets of the business to achieve the best result we can deliver, working in harmony with our Sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

Creation and implementation of marketing strategies overseen by the Sales Manager and CEO

Ability to understand the strategy and relevance of marketing campaigns that are in alignment with the brands

Deliver engaging marketing campaigns to promote the business and its services to target audiences

Manage the digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and web content campaigns

Ability to understand the trade services industry and write / post engaging content and blog posts

Creation of content for frequent social media posts in line with marketing strategies to generate both ongoing interest with existing customers and gain the interest of potential new customers

Proofreading/quality control before editorial publication occurs to overlook and correct production errors in text content and / or artwork

You will need:

A can-do attitude, and must have solid work ethic

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management skills

Excellent computer skills including strong use of Facebook & Instagram, and Microsoft Office

High School Certificate or equivalent

2-3 years’ full-time experience in marketing required

Exposure to marketing within the residential construction industry desirable

Prior experience with Hubspot is preferred but not essential
