About the role

Aqua Metro is seeking a Marketing Graduate or Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our existing team of professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career marketer to make a real impact, working alongside industry leaders on innovative projects that shape the future of water infrastructure in Victoria.

Key Accountabilities:

Assist with the creation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms

Develop and edit engaging content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, prepare content for external campaigns and events and other marketing means.

Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement

Support the preparation of award submissions, showcasing our people and project successes

Coordinate and deliver company events

Bring fresh ideas and a creative mindset to enhance our brand presence and marketing strategy

Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and leadership to align marketing activities with business objectives

General office administration including calendar management.

Minimum requirements for this role:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, Ability to write engaging content applicable to relevant audiences.

Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Photoshop

Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights from marketing analytics

Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
