Blue Diamond is a leading industrial equipment supplier specializing in Generators and Air Compressors and other industrial equipment.

Working out of our Perth based operation in Kewdale, we are looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and grow alongside a thriving company.

Primary Duties will be:

Direct and coordinate daily activities of employees engaged within the warehouse.

Maintain the quality of inventory by ensuring they are kept in safe conditions by reducing the risks of damage, accidents and occupational hazards.

Carry out activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.

Loading and unloading of goods using a forklift or other manual handling equipment.

Ensure WHS protocols are understood and are being adhered to by all team members.

The suitable applicant will have:

A current forklift ticket license

A positive can-do attitude and be a team player

Good time management and task prioritisation skills.

The ability to work both autonomously and be part of a team

Hard working and willingness to work additional hours to ensure jobs are completed on time

Strong focus on general safety standards and work methods.

Previous Warehouse experience

Strong inter-personal skills
