About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor at our Warehouse and Manufacturing Hub in Totness. This pivotal role ensures the efficient management of daily warehouse operations, including the coordination of inbound and outbound deliveries, inventory control, asset management, and packing operations. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a well-organised and productive warehouse environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

As we look toward the future, our warehouse operations are set to expand and evolve. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a critical role in supporting the scaling of our operations, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance capacity, and implement innovative solutions that will accommodate future growth. This includes contributing to the strategic planning of warehouse space, technology, and staffing needs to meet increasing demands.

The Warehouse Supervisor will consistently assess warehouse operations, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.

What you will be doing

o Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound deliveries, inventory control, and packing activities.

o Coordinating with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal teams to streamline transportation and minimise delays.

o Maintaining accurate records of assets, finished goods, and inventory to support production and distribution needs.

o Implementing and managing systematic storage solutions to maximise space utilisation while ensuring easy access to items.

o Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

What we are looking for

o Relevant Vocational qualifications highly regarded.

o Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.

o Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.

o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

o Extensive knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.

o A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements in warehouse operations.

o A valid forklift licence and relevant certifications (preferred, but not essential).
