We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Parts Warehouse team at Lytton. If you have experience supervising warehouse operations and are looking to grow your career with a respected brand, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including stock receiving, binning, picking, packing, dispatch, and stocktaking

Maintain high standards in accuracy, safety, and efficiency

Lead and coach a small warehouse team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Uphold the principles of “The Toyota Way” and drive 5S principles within the warehouse

Assist with planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure a strong customer-first mindset across all warehouse activities

What We're Looking For:

Recent warehouse supervision experience

Current High Risk Work Licence (Forklift)

Strong computer skills (intermediate level)

Sound work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills

Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously

Open Driver’s Licence

Highly regarded:

Experience with automotive parts (dealer or distributor)

Knowledge of TUNE Dealer Management System (DMS)

Familiarity with “The Toyota Way” principles
