About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily
warehouse operations at our Dumpling Factory.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics, especially in the food industry.

You will be responsible for coordinating a small team, managing stock movements, ensuring safety and efficiency across freezer, cool, and dry storage areas, and acting as a key link between frontline workers and management.

Key Responsibilities

📦Daily Warehouse Operations (Hands-On) ：

Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch.

Loading & Unloading: Oversee and assist with loading trucks and receiving shipments.

Stock Handling: Manage and organize inventory in freezer, cool, and dry storage areas.

Inventory Control: Perform stock takes, monitor levels, and update records accurately.

Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Freight Management: Maintaining freight booking and dispatching.

📋Daily Coordination & Support:

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and staff

Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and work closely with the production team and drivers

Allocate tasks and set daily priorities to ensure efficiency and on-time dispatch

Provide training and guidance to new or existing team members

Ensure all processes are followed accurately and efficiently to meet operational targets

Requirements

Current Forklift License (Essential)

Full Australian Driver’s License (Essential)

Ability to read and understand both English & Chinese

Previous food warehouse experience preferred (ideally 1 year or more)

Physically fit and able to lift heavy items

Comfortable working in freezer and cold storage environments

Punctual and reliable, with strong time management skills
