What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of high-end events—from investor briefings and client dinners to large-scale hospitality and showcase experiences
• Partner with the Marketing Director to plan the annual event calendar, aligning each event to brand and business strategy
• Manage suppliers, venues, entertainers, and all event logistics to an impeccable standard
• Take charge of event budgets, reporting, and ROI tracking to ensure each experience hits its mark
• Collaborate across the marketing function on branded content, digital activations, and promotional materials

About You:

• You have a few years experience managing corporate or high-end events, ideally in financial services, professional services, or luxury sectors
• You are good at juggling multiple moving parts with professionalism, and flair
• You bring a strong eye for detail, from visual branding to client experience
• You’re confident working across budgets, timelines, and stakeholder groups
• You're tech-savvy, with working knowledge of Canva, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office (bonus points for exposure to automation tools or event software)
