We’re looking for a polished, highly organised Event Coordinator to join a leading investment manager, at their Melbourne Head Office. The role plays a central role in delivering a diverse calendar of over forty high-impact corporate events annually. You’ll report directly to the Director of Marketing, and alongside a busy and high-performing Marketing team.

This is a client-facing role that offers exposure to a variety of clients. You’ll be instrumental in shaping event experiences that reflect the prestige and values of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of corporate events, including investor days, gala dinners, office openings, and forums.
• Work alongside the wider Marketing team to ensure all communications and materials align with brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders including the Group CEO, Managing Director, and wider ELT.
• Manage guest lists, invitations, stakeholder coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.

• A proactive and polished communicator, comfortable interacting with C-suite executives and clientele.
