Peanut Productions is a creative event and production agency delivering brand experiences, conferences, roadshows, galas, awards, activations, incentives and every other type of event across Australia and abroad. We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Event Manager to join our Melbourne team.
This role requires a minimum of 3+ years’ end-to-end event management experience, with a strong track record delivering both large and small-scale events. Experience in brand activations and international incentives is highly desirable, as they form strategic priorities of the new financial year.
You’ll need strong organisational skills, confidence managing multiple stakeholders, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project scopes. We value people who thrive under pressure, take ownership of their work, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
Key Requirements:
3+ years in an event management role
Proven experience managing complex event projects from concept to delivery
EventsAir experience is a strong advantage
Experience in activations and international incentives (highly desirable)
Skilled in building budgets, run sheets and production schedules
Strong client communication and relationship management
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Familiarity with OH&S, risk and compliance for events
Competent in SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and event registration platforms
Tertiary qualification in Events, Marketing or Communications
