Commercial and Insolvency Litigation Lawyer or Associate

About the role:

• Contentious insolvency and restructuring matters (administrations, liquidations, receiverships)
• Commercial litigation in State and Federal Courts
• Act for banks and other lenders, corporate debtors, company directors, turnaround investors and managers, insolvency practitioners, corporate purchasers as well as creditors and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency.
• Confident running smaller matters and supporting seniors on major disputes.
• Strong LLB academics.
• Clear communicator with a commercial, solutions-focused mindset.
• Team-oriented with a desire to grow technically and build client relationships.
