📌 Key Responsibilities:

🧑‍⚖️ Lead and manage a portfolio of sophisticated commercial litigation matters across various industries – Commercial, Property, Tourism, Agriculture
🧠 Provide strategic advice to clients, including risk assessment and dispute resolution strategies
👩‍🏫 Supervise, mentor, and develop junior lawyers and legal staff
🤝 Play an integral role in business development and client relationship management
🏛️ Contribute to firm leadership initiatives and participate in succession planning discussions
⚖️ Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and negotiations

🧾 Requirements:

📅 Minimum 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally with exposure to complex disputes
🧑‍💼 Strong leadership capabilities with experience supervising junior team members
📈 Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive commercial outcomes
🧭 A strategic mindset and readiness to contribute to firm management and growth
