About the role

Starworld Cleaning is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our corporate services division. This is a full-time role based in our Richmond, Victoria office. As the Corporate Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative, human resources, and financial functions to ensure the efficient running of the business.

You will be responsible for performing the following job duties and responsibilities but are not limited to:

Offering high-level administrative support, strategic planning, and operational guidance to senior management on various administrative aspects such as personnel management, financial planning, facility oversight, and information services.

developing and managing the organisation's administrative, financial, physical and staff resources

Exhibit experience in driving a positive culture that values respect and accountability.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to proactively multitask, priorities and deliver on time and on budget.

Evaluating intricate resource management challenges and initiatives impacting the organization, and preparing relevant reports, correspondences, and submissions.

Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to draft briefings, conduct effective consultation, build networks, and support team engagement.

Serving as a representative of the organization in negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums, advocating for existing and innovative programs and policies.

Experience with government processes and legislation.

Other Duties :

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Contribute to team effort by working with others to achieve results as needed.

Always deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a professional and polite manner when communicating with clients.

You will be expected to be proactive.

Qualifications , experience & Skills :

Bachelor's or higher degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a corporate services or general management role, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry

Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance agreements and service management.

Excellent communications and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and external stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.

Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive process improvements.

Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
