The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Service Manager ANZ to oversee and enhance our business administration, financial management, HR, IT, and operational efficiency. This is a pivotal role that oversees different functions in the business to ensure our internal processes run smoothly while driving continuous improvement in service delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Strategic Planning: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Field Service, in-house service administration, and operational processes.
Financial & Resource Management: Generate bi-weekly reports on resource management using ERP/CRM systems and prepare financial data for management meetings. Actively participates in management meetings and makes recommendations to senior management.
Team Leadership & Development: Manage service-related recruitment, oversee subcontractor relationships, and facilitate staff training, feedback sessions, and continuous process improvements.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the organization’s key service representative, attending tradeshows, leading service meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive support and follow-ups. You als orepresent the company during negotiations regarding service, and promote existing and new programmes and policies externally.
Technology & Software Management: Enhance ERP and CRM platforms, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless service management.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all service activities adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual agreements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience & Skills:
2+ years in a service/customer-facing role preferred.
Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance agreements and service management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in IT systems, including ERP/CRM software.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive process improvements.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
